Course Details:
Understanding the Anatomy & Physiology of the face & skin, diseases and disorders of the skin, conraindications for make-up, application of bridal make-up, application of false eyelashes, different racial bridal makeup & hair design, client consultation, understanding the health &
safety regulations, understand professional conduct & business awareness.

Entry Requirement:
Minimum 16 Years Old
Proficiency in English/Chinese
Local Student – GCE 'N' Level
International Student – GCE ‘N’ Level equivalent
<p><strong><span lang="EN-SG" xml:lang="EN-SG">Assessment Methods </span></strong></p>
<p><strong>Theory 30%</strong><br/>
Power point presentation with handouts will be given to student to achieve learning outcome for the subject.
There will be sharing of the trainer’s experience by their respective instructors to enhance the learning outcome of the students.
Training materials and assignments provided to allow students to reinforce their learning.
There will be Questions and answers sessions to clarify student’s queries and understanding of the learning outcome.

<p><strong>Practical 70%</strong><br/>
Step by step demonstration by instructor on dummy or life model
Step by step practical by students with instructor’s supervision on dummy or life model
Completion of case studies by students under the supervision of instructor
<p><strong>Final Assessment (Exam)</strong><br/>
Theory paper consists of 40 multiple Choice questions (2 marks each) and 5 Open-ended questions (4 marks each), total 100 marks. Duration per paper is 60 minutes. The aims to assess student’s underpinning knowledge and understanding of the course.

<p>Practical Exam is to assess student’s client care &consultation, techniques and hand skills. Its aim is to assess student’s capabilities in performing their skills professionally in accordance to industry standards and requirements

Student must complete all the modules with at least 90% in attendance for the whole course
Student must achieve 60% or more in practical and theory examinations.
*Where lessons fall on public holidays, replacement lessons will be arranged.
