Student Admission Procedure
Stage 1
Student makes enquiries
Receptionist/Office Manager/ARA sends Programme Information to Student
Student retrieves list of important documents for submission and
Student Application Form from School Website.
Student submits Student Application Form with relevant documents and application fees
Stage 2
School issues Acknowledgement Slip as receipt of student application
School verifies documents and conducts Student Selection Procedure
(a) School issues Student Offer Letter
(b) School issues Student Rejection Letter END.
Student submits Reply Slip attached to Offer Letter as confirmation of
his/her place at the School
[FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ONLY] School submits Student Pass Application to ICA
[FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ONLY] School sends ICA Approval Letter to ARA
or Student may print ICA Approval Letter from ICA SOLAR system
Stage 3
Student signs Form 12 Advisory Note to Students,
Standard Student Contract and Escrow Confirmation
Student makes payment into Escrow Account
Stage 4
[FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ONLY] Student arrival in Singapore
Student report to School for Orientation
School administers Student Admissions Survey
